Working with the Clients we created a new area at their beloved beach shack to accommodate their large family. An existing building on the property was demolished to make way for a new building consisting of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry and a large living area for the grandkids. A separate kitchen, dining, lounge area was renovated and the old and new buildings are connected via a large deck area enhancing the holiday feel.
