Alterations and additions to this single fronted Victorian terrace included polished concrete floors to the new kitchen, living, bathroom areas, improvements to existing bedrooms and new outdoor areas. Construction was achieved by our trusted team who had access to the 6m wide site via a narrow laneway.  Working with Rosstang Architects opening up the south facing rear has created a naturally lit larger space for the owner.
