New Build
We chose Lucas Constructions to build our new house in Upper Beaconsfield in 2019 and it was a good choice. Luke is a great tradesman and organiser of other trades. He also has excellent customer service skills - keeping us informed of the progress and negotiating minor changes without fuss. After 12 months in the house a small issue arose which was dealt with quickly and skilfully. Our new house is beautiful and we are very happy with it.

Alterations and House reduction
Lucas Constructions completed our renovations to the rear of our home in 2017. Luke brought our Architects vision to life, using only the best trades which is evident in the very high quality finished product. Luke was flexible and accommodating, especially as we were living in the front of the house during the renovation. We are very happy with the outcome and will definitely use Lucas Constructions again.

New Build
We interviewed a number of local builders and after several detailed consultations with Luke from Lucas Constructions, we decided to entrust the build of our family home in Beaconsfield to them. The build was not a traditional construction, and involved a lot of custom features which Luke professionally and skilfully planned out and executed. Our build involved the demolition of the old house on the property and a total rebuild. Luke took on the challenge of his build with enthusiasm and expertise. We have built before and found Lucas Constructions and their contractors to all be reliable and trustworthy. Our home has turned out better than we had expected and we would not hesitate to recommend Luke and Lucas Constructions to anyone looking for a quality builder.

Alterations and addition
I am very happy to highly recommend Luke Williams as a builder. He carried out a major renovation of the back part of my inner-suburb terrace house with construction of a new family room with kitchen, a new bathroom, and a courtyard; as well as improvements to the two existing bedrooms and front and back garden areas. He was very reliable and pleasant to deal with, the workmanship was good. The job was done on budget and in a timely manner.

Alterations and Additions
We designed an 18 square extension spanning over 3 different levels to our home. The existing architecturally designed home comprised of Cathedral ceilings with a 30 degree pitched roof. The extension needed to marrying into the existing floor levels and featured a number of construction materials and techniques to accommodate the dormas, ceiling and high pitched roof. To top it off the land is a 45 degree slope.
We sought builders and nobody was keen to do it and we were told it is "difficult" build.
Lucas Constructions were recommended to us from a number of sources due to Luke's expertise with projects of any sort and we are very satisfied with the end result.
Luke had a few challenges, however developed innovative solutions resulting in an outstanding home of which we are proud, and have received overwhelmingly positive responses from all those who have seen it.
Multiple trades also commented on the quality of the construction which in turn made their jobs easier and provided us with a quality home.

New Build
We contracted Luke Williams to build 3 bedroom, study and 2 living areas brick single story home with under the roof line garage & alfresco area. We were very pleased with the workmanship provided the project was completed within the contracted time, it was also on budget. I found Luke to be very approachable he would listened to my ideas and worked out a plan of action, to archive the required results. I would not hesitate to recommend Luke Williams for another project.
